School invitations
Your account is active. School pickup review is still pending. Contact the relevant school before pickup; signing in does not clear this hold.
Your signed-in sessions
Review where you signed in. End any session you no longer use. Each browser or app sign-in is listed separately.
Prepare for account recovery
Record the email address already verified by your sign-in provider as a trusted notification channel. School-assisted recovery will notify that recorded address, even if your contact details later change.
Concerned about account access?
If someone else may have access, you can lock your account and end all sessions. Your school must help you recover access. Signing in again will not remove the hold.

Lost your phone or authenticator, or cannot find your invitation? Contact your school office to verify your identity and arrange help with pickup.

Never share a password or verification code with another collector. Your school still verifies the physical handoff.
