How you checked who they are

For example: HR start form, or photo ID checked at the front office today. Recorded in Activity.

Link to children

Children can’t be linked from an invitation yet. After they accept, link them to their children on Child permissions. Linking doesn’t grant pickup by itself; pickup permission is reviewed there.
